House rules, for your and our safety

In the regulations below you will find the most important house rules that apply to Hotel - Restaurant Crasborn in Thorn. We ask you to respect and accept these rules.

General rules

All instructions from employees of this hotel, which are related to house rules, must be followed. You can report complaints to management.

Within Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn we appreciate that you use the public areas, but this is done at your own risk.
Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn must comply with the requirements of the Drinking and Catering Legislation, alcoholic beverages are therefore not provided to visitors under the age of 18. If in doubt about the age of a visitor, employees of Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn ask you to show proof of identity.
In order not to have a negative effect on the atmosphere during the stay, no alcohol will be served to the person concerned if intoxication is suspected.
Food or drink left in a checked out room will be thrown away.
It is forbidden to receive paid guests in the room for sexual activities.
It is not allowed to be present in the room with more people than the number for which is reserved. This number of people must identify themselves at the reception.

Liability
The management, the owner of this location and persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to your property.

Entering hotel room by staff
Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn reserves the right to enter a hotel room if deemed necessary by the staff. For example, in case of (suspected) violation of the house rules.

Fire protection

The fire instructions are available for inspection in your room.
In case of fire, keep calm. Report a fire at the reception (key 611) and / or strike the nearest fire alarm.
Stay close to the ground in case of strong smoke development.
Leave the building immediately in the event of a fire alarm.
Under no circumstances use the elevators in case of fire.
The employees of Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn watch over your safety, in case of calamities the emergency plan comes into effect. You are kindly but urgently requested to follow any instructions from the employees.
In the event of a fire, the instructions of the hotel staff and normal hotel procedures must be followed.

Theft
Hotel-Restaurant Crasborn is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.

Noise disturbance
To maintain peace in the immediate vicinity of Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn, it is not allowed to cause noise nuisance.

Lost and found items
You can contact the reception for lost or found items.

Property of the hotel

It is not allowed to take property of the hotel outside the building. In case of deliberate damage to property of Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn, one can be held liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
Do not leave your belongings unattended at the Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn location and in your car. Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn is not liable for loss, damage or theft of your belongings. Parking, both in the car park and in the vicinity of Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn, is at your own risk.

Checking in
A valid ID must be presented upon check-in.

Check-in is possible from the age of 18 years. Anyone aged 18 or older can reserve a room. At least 1 person in each travel group must be 18 years or older. The person who (also) books for other participants is liable for all others that he or she registers. With regard to underage travelers, it must be demonstrated that parents or guardians have given permission. If a traveler is under 18 years of age, we kindly request that you contact us by telephone

Emergency exits
All emergency exits are clearly marked in the corridors, equipped with emergency lighting. The emergency exits are only used in the event of a fire or when designated by personnel. It is therefore not allowed to use the emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.

Accident
In the event of an accident, call 112 immediately and report this to the reception. Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn employs company emergency responders. They are trained to assess certain situations and to quickly give shape to the start-up of external professional assistance.

Unwanted intimacies

Unwanted intimacies will not be tolerated.
At Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn we treat each other with respect, it is therefore prohibited to sexually intimidate our guests and employees by word or gesture (action).
If sexual harassment takes place, we will report this to the authorities and / or clients to safeguard the peace, order and safety within Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn.

Smoking

In Hotel -Restaurant Crasborn it is NOT allowed to smoke in the public areas. Violation of this rule will be sanctioned with a fine of € 175.00.
The use of electronic cigarettes is also not permitted in the entire building.
It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel room. If we find out that this rule is ignored, we are forced to charge € 150 cleaning costs. If the fire alarm is triggered by smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of €275 will be charged to you. Smoking is allowed on the outside terraces.

Video surveillance

There are cameras at various places in the hotel. By entering the hotel you agree to the recordings. In the event of calamities and / or incidents, these recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.

Drugs

Consuming, using, trading or carrying any narcotics is strictly prohibited. The police and the judiciary will be called in upon discovery.
Hotel-Restaurant Crasborn does not make its location available for purposes other than those set out in our policy. It is therefore prohibited to trade or provide services. The amount of an already paid hotel room will not be refunded.
It is forbidden to use nitrous oxide in the hotel without permission from the management.
Weapons: It is not allowed for anyone in our hotel to have and / or carry weapons. The police and the judiciary will be called in upon discovery.

Zero tolerance

We have a zero tolerance policy. This means that in case of non-compliance with these house rules, no warning will be given and you will be promptly requested to leave the hotel. No money will be returned and any deposit paid will be withheld.
